Job title: Marketing ExecutiveAccountable to: Senior Marketing ExecutiveLocation: BasingstokeJob overview:To support the development and delivery of effective marketing strategies and activities, designed to promote and grow the profile of Sovereign and to support our Sales teams to generate leads, grow our customer base and promote our range of housing developments.To support the development and implementation of new systems and processes that maximise our digital presence and marketing opportunities and enhance the customer experience and enable the business to build successful online communities with customers andemployees.Key Accountabilities: Work with the Marketing team and support on reviewing, monitoring and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for Sovereign Sales team, incorporating all products and services. Act as a key account manager, working in collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and suppliers on campaigns and projects. Manage, implement and report on marketing campaigns to support the sales pipeline of shared ownership and open market sale developments, meeting objectives, timelines and budgets. Creating detailed campaign briefs, supplying copy and sourcing imagery for marketing materials. These will include signage, print and digital advertising, merchandising and exhibition materials, and will need to adhere to brand guidelines. Have operational responsibility for digital marketing channels including website content management, external property platform activity, and email marketingreporting to Sales colleagues on budgets, lead-volumes and campaign success. Contribute to the content strategy and calendar for the website, social channels, and PR. Visit developments for site signage requirements and assist on location shoots for photography and filming purposes. Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereigns corporate objectives. Observe and comply with Sovereigns policies and procedures and observe and continually promote equality and inclusion and customer care in compliance with organisational aims and objectives. Continuously seek realistic ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in your role, to help the department, and Sovereign, achieve its goals. Participate in learning and development activities that develop personal effectiveness and assist in improving performance in the role.
