Job Description

TaylorMade Golf is a global leader in the golf industry, and we are now seeking an eCommerce Merchandiser to join our high performing and ambitious team to support the day-to-day merchandising operations & enhancements to maximize sales and visitor conversionacross TaylorMades ecommerce sites. Working in a small team, the primary areas of focus will be to manage the merchandising of products and content to meet promotional goals, site/system testing for new enhancements and quality control to ensure the siteslive up to world-class standardsThis role will be suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a high level of attention to detail, an interest in golf is advantageous but not essential for this role.A snapshot of the day-to-day role:

  • Support and implement site merchandising strategies & product upload activities for the websites
  • Coordinate with global design, product marketing, and other internal resources to collect assets required for product launches & web content
  • Validating site updates before go-live, to ensure correct linking and messaging are displayed vs plan
  • Manage product & content tracking documents and following up on any delays or missing information to ensure timely launches
  • Proactively develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the global merchandising & development teams
  • Complete weekly website reviews and audits to ensure the highest standards of excellence and consistency across all sites
  • Support with continual review of customer experience, highlighting improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and user experience
  • Implemented best practices in testing to ensure defect free releases on enhancements
  • Expertise in test management and defect management using management tools
  • Support with daily and weekly reporting against site metrics and key KPIS
  • Ensure a clear and consistent flow of communication
What we are seeking
  • Experience of working in a similar role with knowledge of eCommerce and eMarketing technologies, software, and tools.
  • Experience using order management & other eCommerce testing systems such as Oracle ERP, Jira, Demandware and SalesForce
  • Knowledge of direct marketing and online merchandising
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, web browsers such as Internet Explorer, and FTP software.
  • Able to work independently and proactively to anticipate and identify potential issues.
