SF Executive are working with a £10m EBITDA service sector, private equity backed organisation based on the Hampshire / Surrey border to find an experienced and PE savvy Chief Financial Officer. The business in question has only fairly recently gone through its first PE transaction hence it is a great time to be joining this business. As Chief Financial Officer you will support the CEO around the shaping and delivery of strategy but also look after all financial reporting and working capital management. You will also be the main POC for external stakeholders, the banks and the Investor. The growth plans for this organisation are based not only on organic growth but also M&A - the successful candidate will have experience of delivering both. Given the size and scale of this role, you will be an established PE CFO and have successfully grown and sold a business that was ideally within a service led organisation.A significant wealth generation opportunity exists for the successful candidate.
