Job Description

Chef De Partie - luxury hotel - near BasingstokeWe currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to be part of the brigade, ensuring high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to 2 AA Rosette standard, offering a mixtureof contemporary and traditional dishes.The PlaceOur client is part of a luxury hotel group. This hotel is a beautiful mansion house hotel on the outskirts of Basingstoke with a stunning restaurant, lounge bar and private dining options creating fantastic memories for the hotel guests.The PerksThe Chef de Partie will receive:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - 44 hour contract

The PersonThe Chef de Partie will have:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally to 2 AA Rosette level
  • A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
  • Dedication, motivation and positivity
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as required
  • Passion to deliver outstanding hospitality whilst demonstrating good food knowledge
  • The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner
  • As the hotel is located in a rural location outside of Basingstoke, having your own reliable transport is essential if not living in
