Our forward thinking client in Basingstoke are looking for a self-motivated Call Operator to join their team! Salary up to 26k, 22 days holiday and free parking.The ideal candidate will be answering and resolving intercom calls in a professional manner and resolving issues quickly.Associated Benefits: Salary of 23-26k + overtime paid at time and a half Shift work: 4 on and 4 off (alternating day and night shifts) 12 hour shifts Full training provided 25 days annual leave rising a day a year up to a max of 2 additional days after 3 years service + your birthday off! Free parking on-site Free tea and coffee Local bus services nearby for commuting purposes Company Pension 3% contribution which you will be auto-enrolled into.As the Call Operator, your responsibilities will include: Answering and resolving the intercom calls in a professional manner Maintaining accurate logs by recording information gathered through the intercom Carrying out administrative duties Offer the highest level of customer service at all times seeking the assistance of your manager when necessary Keep up to date with technical training on all systemsTo succeed as the Call Operator you will have: Excellent customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Organised and a good multi-tasker Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work calmly under pressure Be prepared to work shifts as part of a 24/7 cover Computer Skills, Excel, MS Word documents Control room experience is preferred but not essentialHOW DO I APPLY:In the first instance please submit your CV.
