Job Description

Scheduling Administrator (IVECO) Location: IVECO, Basildon SS14 3ADSalary: Competitive, DOEContract: Up to 12 Month Maternity Contract, Full timeThe Role - Scheduling AdministratorOur successful Scheduling Administrator will be based from IVECO in Basildon but will be directly employed by Dekra Automotive.To deliver a variety of administration tasks related to end of contract vehicle returns for Iveco and acting as a main point of contact on-site for our customer.

  • Ensure that Prospect Manager (IT system) is up to date
  • Contact customers to make inspection bookings
  • Co-ordinate with Deployment Team in Stokenchurch to manage inspector’s productivity
  • Ensure that SLA’s are managed and 1st and 2nd inspections are done on time.
  • The Person
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environment
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to face
  • PC literate and experience in using various computer-based systems
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
  • An excellent working knowledge of Excel and ability to manipulate data
  • Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK (by postcode an advantage)
  • Reliable with good time keeping skills.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure all inspection bookings are done in a timely manner
  • Ensure all reporting is up to date
  • Ensure Prospect Manger is up to date
  • Support other team members wherever possible
