What you will doWe are looking for an experienced, field-based sales manager. You will drive motivation and desire to succeed, coaching where required and reporting to senior management on your team’s performance.You will implementADT’s consumer sales strategy through the creation of a real customer-focused, performance environment where sales consultants are effectively managed and developed, where diversity is promoted and where all budgets and targets relating to the growth ofcommercialsalesare consistently achieved. You will be responsible for developing high performers through the right levels of training, motivation and support.What we look forWorking for our ADT brand, the UK’s leading integrated alarm & security systems provider for homes & businesses, you will bemanaginga team offield-basedconsultants selling our range of market-leading products directly tocommercial SMEcustomers.You will ideally bea dynamic, driven sales manager with proven success leading & growing sales teams in thecommercialmarket.As a minimum youwill be expected todemonstrate a successful track record of achievement inmanaging a field-based teamand ability to motivate and coach sales representatives.Experience of salesforce will be an advantage and full UK driving license essential.If yes, then wed love to hear from you!#LI-TL1• Remote: #LI-Hybrid
