Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Entry Level!We are recruiting exclusively for a brilliant client based in Basildon, who are seeking an Entry Level Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team.Full training will be provided however you will need a hardworking and mature approach to work and the desire to build your career in Finance. 6-12 months experience within an Accounts role is required and the desire to complete your AATs would be an advantage.Duties will include:

  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Preparing and running BACS payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Working as part of the finance team to ensure the smooth running of the department
