Job Description

Pharmaceutical manufacturer seeks Process Operators with full training given.Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pmAbout the role:You will be part of the process team that produce batches of high-quality pharmaceutical products, the role involves operating specialised machinery within a Blister Clean Room, working on a wrap and hand re-labelling/barcoding line. The process brings togetherthe raw ingredient all the way through to a finished pack and included control measures and quality checks during the production cycle.Duties will include:

  • Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) procedures at all times.
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting with the setting/checking of production machinery for production.
  • Recording information and data during production phases accurately.
  • Completing all batch paperwork correctly.
  • Working with the team leader and quality department to ensure that production is started in a timely manner and all required checks are complete and logged on the appropriate paperwork.
  • Completing transactions using the company computer system.
Skills and experience:
  • A Manual Handling Certificate would be helpful but training will be given.
  • Previous experience working with GMP preferred but not essential.
  • Experience completing batch paperwork, clearly and correctly.
  • Previous experience working on a production line preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Capable of working to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
