Would you like an opportunity to develop new skills and progress your careerYou will be working with in a family home with our client a female infant aged 5 years with complex care needs (Cornelia de Lange Syndrome). Your role will be to provide full care throughout the waking night shift which includes Tracheostomy, vent suctioning,nebuliser and clinical observationsHealthcare Assistants (HCAs) will have an opportunity to build on their current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including Tracheostomy Care (suctioning, tape and trache changes), Ventilator Management and Observations, PEG Feedsand medication management.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work within a community setting providing a high standard of clinical, physical and emotional support. We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work in partnership with our nurses to provideclinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities.You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in all that you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career development.Shift patterns are: 21:00pm - 09:00am Waking NightsRates of Pay: £14.56 up to £17.92 (inclusive of holiday pay) Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening A caring and compassionate attitude The ability to commit to regular (flexible) hoursIn return We will offer you: 4 weekly pay Flexible working hours Agreed mileage payments for most of the clients Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (Life-Works) On-going Free training and development opportunities.
