Your role will be to provide full care throughout the waking night shift which includes Tracheostomy, vent suctioning,nebuliser and clinical observationsHealthcare Assistants (HCAs) will have an opportunity to build on their current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including Tracheostomy Care (suctioning, tape and trache changes), Ventilator Management and Observations, PEG Feedsand medication management.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work within a community setting providing a high standard of clinical, physical and emotional support. We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work in partnership with our nurses to provideclinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities.You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in all that you do.
