Job Description

Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst - 55886 - £36.43/hour Ltd (inside IR35)Do you have Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Basildon Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst, and the role comes with an umbrellacontract rate of £36.43/hr (inside IR35).In your first few weeks in this Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Support the 2LOD review, challenge and approval of key risk management activities within the Operational Risk & Resilience framework including RCSA/pRCSA, Risk Register, Key Risk Indicators & Operational Risk Events.
  • Support the 2LOD review, challenge and approval of Resilience related actions including process mapping, IBS identification, impact tolerance setting and scenario testing.
  • Assess the impact of proposed Operational Risk & Resilience related regulatory changes and oversee & challenge the 1LOD on the timely implementation of Operational Risk & Resilience requirements.
  • Provide insightful consideration of emerging risks and ensure appropriate utilisation of the governance and escalation processes.
To apply for this Operational Risk and Resilience Analyst role, you will need to be a risk-aware individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities at any one time. You will also require the following:
  • An understanding of Operational Risk, including risk assessment, 4Ts statuses and risk monitoring
  • Understanding of operational resilience regulations and business continuity
  • The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience presenting information to committees and governance forums
  • Commercial awareness.
