A PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY HAS JUST BECOME AVAILABLE FOR A MENTAL HEALTH NURSE WITHIN THE NHS!A Band 6 or Band 5 RMN is required to work within a crisis and urgent care service in Basildon.***£250 BONUS FOR APPLYING THROUGH OUR AGENCY!****Do you know someone who would be interested in this role We offer a £250 referral bonus per successful candidate referred*Salary per annum Band 5: £24,907 - £30,615 (pro rata for part time)Salary per annum Band 6: £31,365 - £37,890 (pro rate for part time)**Unsocial hour payments:Time plus 30% on Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any week day after 8 pm and before 6 am Time plus 60% on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight) **RELOCATION PACKAGE of up to £6,000 to support moving costsHours and length of contract: *Full or part time permanent position*Flexible 12 hour shift pattern Monday to Sunday*Service operates 24/7*The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAPDaily Duties: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to work within a crisis and urgent care service as part of a substantial NHS transformation project with the community mental health services. (This post is also open to band 5s on a developmental basis)You will carry a caseload covering the Mid and South Essex area and will be conducting initial assessments within patients homes, team bases, hospital and other community settings or via tele-coaching.Responsibilities will include:*Conducting initial assessments for service users experiencing mental health issues such as: anxiety, depression, Psychosis, PTSD,*Agree formulate and develop care plans delivering a range of interventions based upon individual needs*Responsible for the day to day supervision and management of your junior staff members as required*You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, patients, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary teamBenefits:*Competitive salary (5% fringe supplement of the basic salary)*Generous pension and holiday package*Relocation package of up to £6,000 to support moving costsPerson specification:The applicant must be DBS cleared for the position advertised and have recent experience within the field.If you are interested in this role then please contact Emma at SCS on or send across your CV directly to
