Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Valeter to join a growing company situated in Basildon. You will be ensuring their wide range of trucks and trailers are well-maintained to satisfy customers.As Fleet Valeter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Getting vehicles ready for hire
  • Completing hirechecks
  • Taking photos and reportingany damage
  • Liaising with customers
  • Carrying out minor repairs
  • Keeping the yard tidy and getting trailers ready
  • Cleaning and preparing trucks and trailers
We’re looking for a Fleet Valeter with the following:
  • Experience working within the hire/rental industry would be an advantage, but not important as trainingis given
  • has a driving license
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00, withSaturdays when required (will be paid overtime if working on a Saturday).
