Job Description

My client is an established IT Managed Services Provider with offices in Basildon and London. They now seek two additional experienced IT Support Engineers to join their team:Your role:

  • To provide timely and efficient technical support to a growing client base spanning Essex and London.
  • To conduct on site visits to ensure the roll-out of new systems and tackle problems with existing systems
  • Project manage installations, systems development, office moves
  • Assist in the set up of new users on location and virtually
  • Report to management of any ongoing technical issues
  • Assist in the development of rectification practices where necessary
  • Produce management reports as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
    • Experience required:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of providing IT support to external clients in the field
  • A sound knowledge of network, server, cloud systems, applications, security support
  • A real desire to do a good job and resolve issues while maintaining contact with the client to keep them informed of project progress
  • You should be happy to travel to client sites in a Covid safe way
  • You will need a driving licence with less than 3 points on it
  • Experience of producing reports
