Job Description

The OpportunityWe are recruiting a Customer Relations Coordinatorto join us at Safetykleen. Our customers are the heart of our company and this role is pivotal in ensuring our customers are receiving the highest level of service, and if not your role will be to listenand act through to resolution. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your customer service, influencing and resolution skills, whilst developing your knowledge of retention with a career path into Customer Retention Manager.   • Salary £27,750 + commission OTE £32k

Job responsibilities for Customer Relations Coordinator:
  • Dealing with customers’ contract queries via telephone and email, working within strict SLAs of 2 hours
  • Complaint resolution
  • Debt recovery
  • Extensive liaising with internal and external customers to ensure case resolution
  • Writing detailed reports to be sent to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring all cases are recorded and assigned via our CRM system – Dynamics365
  • Keeping up with KPI’s in line with business needs
Competencies required for the Customer Relations Coordinator
  • Customers are at the heart of our business and as such, we are looking for someone who can deliver a great customer experience
  • Drivers licence desired
  • Experience working of CRM, Word and Excel
  • To be methodical when performing daily tasks with a keen eye for detail
  • To be motivated, proactive and a natural problem solver
  • To be able to manage your time productively within a busy environment
