The leadership team is experienced, dynamic and client-centric, and the focus for growth is around new technology offerings that compliment current services and additional market share from emerging markets.Your New RoleThe role is responsible for managing and developing the IT onboarding process for our customers whilst establishing new and maintain existing relationships with market place providers and platforms. Working within the IT team the role reports to the Head if IT and Business Change.Responsibilities1) Point of contact for the sales team for all customer IT integrations2) Managing the technical onboarding process for new clients - communicating time frames and setting the internal and external expectations3) Managing the integration of Pro Carrier into E-com platforms (Shopify, Woo commerce, Magento etc), Omni Channel providers (Linnworks etc), Market places (Amazon, Ebay etc) carrier aggregators (Shipster, Scurri etc).4) Directing and managing the Pro Carrier technical contact strategy5) Maintaining the relationship between Pro Carrier and the market platforms6) Responsible for expanding the range of market platforms that we are integrated with7) Liaising with marketing to ensure we are communicating these capabilities clearly and efficiently8) Playing an active role within the IT team contributing to the development and growth of the team and the business.What Youll need to SucceedTo achieve all of that, you will be able to demonstrate and show evidence of
