Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor£32,000 - £38,000 + BenefitsBasildon, EssexOur client is a successful UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who have over 30 years trading experience and provide Asbestos Surveys, Sampling, Project Management and Constancy services to a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors. Dueto new contract wins, our client are seeking a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to work on a large local contract located in Essex.As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be involved in carrying out Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Re-inspection surveys on a mixture of residential and commercial sites. You will follow all guidelines, whilst producing and submitting written reportsand collected Bulk Samples for testing and sampling for the client.The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:

  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 certification in Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in asbestos surveying and signed off to carry out Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a range of property types
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
