Are you a Nursery Manager looking to work in an "Outstanding" childcare settingBased in Barwick in Elmet (LS15) and with excellent facilities that are being improved upon throughout the year, make this Day Care stand out from the rest. They maybe small but what they offer is special. A hybrid nursery which is between a childminding setting and a nursery, which is called Childcare on Domestic Premises (CoDP) offers a home from home environment. There are two dedicated rooms with two breakout rooms to separate 2s and 3-year olds and a dedicated baby room that has no more than 6 children at a time. On the whole, you will work smaller groups of children, which is often lower ratios than most nurseries offer.As Nursery Manager, you will deal with the day to day running of the day care setting which involves managing a team of staff, making sure that they are being the best that can be.
