Our Children exhibit a wide range of abilities, from non-verbal to high-functioning and you will use your creativity and compassion to tailor your approach to eachindividuals needs. This will involve learning about the young persons interests as well as their dislikes and their triggers, using that connection as a launchpad for a rewarding relationship. Patience and a passion for this kind of engagement is essential.You will be responsible for the wellbeing of the children or young people in your care. This will include chaperoning the children to appointments and activities, completing relevant paperwork, delivering personal care, undertaking household tasks, and whereappropriate administering medication.The home is based in Barton Upon Humber but is within commutable distance of Winterton, Scunthorpe, surrounds.Contracts availableFull Time Days & Nights, Part Time Days & Nights and Zero Hours Bank Contracts.Who we are looking for:Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria
