(ts & cs apply)Job title: Wellbeing and Clinical Locality LeadSalary: up to £60000 per annum plus £3000 Car AllowanceLocation: North East / North LincolnshireContact:PermanentHours: 37.5hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pmEssential:Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required, plus right to work in the UKWe’re looking for an experienced clinician with demonstrable leadership skills to join our expanding team as our next Wellbeing and Clinical Locality Lead. This is a specialised combined leadership, management and clinical practice role, covering multiplesites in a geographical region across SEN schools and care settings. The Locality Lead will hold delegated line management responsibility for members of various sites and co-ordinate the delivery of an integrated and effective service as agreed with the Headof Clinical Operations, Regional Directors, Head of Services and other key stakeholders.In this role you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils with developmental trauma, autism, complex and SEMH needs. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have animpact on shaping a service and driving change.About the roleThe post holder will hold clinical responsibility, managing and developing a multi-disciplinary team comprising of; but not limited to, Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy, Psychotherapy, ClinicalPsychology, as well as Therapy Assistants and other appropriate professions as the allocated services require. Collaborating to ensure we meet the needs of our pupils.Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures you will support the integration of their specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision. A key aspect of the role will be quality assuring the schooland schools with accommodation on their delivery of informed interventions at a universal, targeted and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our pupil’s needs in line with set Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).Our Clinical Wellbeing Teams maintain nurturing environments where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do.   • Psychology/psychotherapy, speech and language or occupational therapy qualification required; and Registered with a recognised governing body e.g., HCPC, BACP,UKCP, BPS or equivalent
  • Experienced in working with young people with ASD and complex needs
  • Extensive post graduate experience
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with children and young people
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Good knowledge of relevant psychometric tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Skills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.
