Job Description

Job Title: IT Operations CoordinatorSalary: £23,000 - £25,000 plus quarterly bonusLocation: Barton Upon HumberBrook Street is working with a successful Kitchen Manufacturing company, they have achieved great milestones over the years, expanding into the USA, opening up over 100 showrooms. They are seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to join them to continue their success! This is a great opportunity if you have previous experience in events coordinator experience and are looking something new!As an IT Operations Coordinator, main responsibilities include:

  • Administration tasks to support the day-to-day running of the IT department
  • Manage & report on the department rota, such as time and attendance
  • Report on HR processes across the department
  • Support with employee performance reports
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding journey for all new Wren IT employees
  • Manage the leaver interview process
  • Coordinating IT events such as innovation days, guest speaker events, recruitment events & much more
About You:
  • Experience in previous events coordination roles would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of IT Development lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Experience in producing and maintaining performance related dashboards
