The Information Security Manager will own, coordinate and manage risks and vulnerabilities across the estate. Provide strategy and direction for key areas of the business. Provide strategy and direction for key areas of the business. Working with all business units to collaborate and agree on standard patterns of workingthat ensure business assets and intellectual property whilst simultaneously not prohibiting users from completing their day-to-day duties. Managing the actions and outcomes of IT security tools and suites. A fantastic opportunity for an aspiring security managerto steer and develop a worldwide strategy for a rapidly expanding business.Responsibilities:

  • Working with the business and 3rd parties to ensure Information Security
  • Developing and agreeing policy (IT, GDPR, Business practice)
  • Manging toolsets to produce reports and actions for IT and business units
  • Provide direction for Business and IT security services
ProfileKey Skills & Experience:
  • Information Security, technology or risk background
  • Document controls and managing updates
  • Third party supply chain assurance
  • Understand cyber threats, attacks, techniques and mitigation
  • Ability to understand the balance between business requirements, priorities, IT service delivery and information security.
  • Previously managed information security and risk
  • Understanding of GDPR and policy
  • Information Security/Compliance methodologies
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker and logical problem solver
  • Should possess good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending upon the emergency situations
  • Proven ability to ensure all Security components have the appropriate management and operational tools, procedures and documentation required for their successful operation
  • Strong communicator who can effectively translate security risks to internal business units
Job OfferSalary:£55,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus (£10k)
