HR Advisor x 2 roles (Retail and Manufacturing)Location: Barton-upon-HumberDepartment: Human ResourcesSalary Details: £28,000 - £35,500 including £2k yearly BonusAbout The CompanyEstablished kitchen manufacturer who are currently experiencing significant growth and are looking to expand their HR team!About The RoleMain responsibilities:~ Provide robust written and verbal HR advice to stakeholders, prepare case related documentation and ensure the correct and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the business area, whilst adhering to procedural timescale~ Work closely with line-managers and department heads within the business area, to ensure a consistent approach to people management and compliance with Company policies and rules~ Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across all organisational levels, including senior management, build credibility as a specialist Advisor and attend key business updates / management meetings, as appropriate~ Support the HR Business Partner in reviewing and implementing new HR Policies & Procedures, in line with changes to relevant employment legislation, coach and support line-managers to ensure these are embedded across the business~ Manage a varied caseload of Employment Relations~ To work flexibly in line with the needs of the business and carry out any other reasonable dutiesThe offer:Free access to our onsite gymEnjoy subsidised meals in our two fantastic restaurantsFree on-site parkingStaff discount on purchasing a kitchen after 1 years continuous employment!Individual training budget for personal developmentFree annual eye tests as well as a contribution to new glassesRefer a Friend SchemeQuarterly Bonus SchemeAbout YouDesired skills and knowledge:Currently holds or is working towards a level-5 CIPD qualificationPrevious HR experience in a Manufacturing or FMCG environment is desirableExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong microsoft excel and report collation skillsA proactive approach, with the ability to work on own initiativeA collaborative approach with the ability to integrate effectively within a diverse teamA pragmatic decision-makerWillingness to travel and work from other sitesWorking knowledge of Russian/Latvian/Lithuanian language would be an advantage (for the Manufacturing role) but isnt essential
