Alongside managing the compliance and delivery on the client side you will work with your team in a review/mentoringand training capacity and also lead and focus on delivering added value, advisory and planning work across accounts and tax. The firm has a circa 60/40 split acting for Rural sector/agricultural landed estates and HNWIs, alongside a wider commercial clientbase of OMBs, SMES and limited companies across varying sectors and turnovers. A clear progression path is on offer as well, with a route to develop within this successful firm.ProfileFor this Manager role you will hold any of the AAT, ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualifications etc, or have developed your career entirely through experience alone, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to the Senior Accountant/ Manager levels .
