Job Description

Customer Services AdministratorLocation - Barnstaple- North DevonSalary- £22k per annumHours- Monday - Friday 8.30am -5pmAcorn is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join an expanding Customer Services Team. The successful candidate should have:* Proven customer services experience, strong contact handling and listening skills, be adaptable, numerate and have a good eye for detail. * Candidates must be fully conversant with MS Office (particularly Word & Excel) and possess excellent typing skills. * The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively is essential. Duties will include:* Handling incoming calls to the business. * Resolving customer product or service problems (clarify issue, determine cause, explain solution, expedite correction & follow-up).* Liaising with Accounts for raising credits / making stock adjustments. * Typing of Quotations to support the Sales Team. * General query handling such as stock availability, product lead times, pricing & delivery tracking. * Taking payment for sales orders by card & processing transactions on to system.* Assist with order processing and undertake associated tasks.* Assist with managing the companys main email inboxes.* Assist in the preparation of Safety Data Sheets.* General system data input and data cleansingFor more information please contact or call .Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
