You should have the ability to lead and continually improve people through coaching. You will have strong organisational skills second to none and have previous experienceworking within a structured sales process.With customer service at the forefront of everything we do, every member of our team takes pride in distancing ourselves from the competition by delivering our customers exceptional service and an experience to remember. If this sounds like you, then pleaseread on!Key Responsibilities:+ Developing and motivating the team to achieve and exceed all sales targets+ Using your skills to maximise the profitability of the department including vehicle margin, finance, insurance products and service plans.+ Maintaining profitability through customer retention and satisfaction+ Working with colleagues and other team members across the centre to provide a seamless service to customers+ Assisting the Sales Manager and providing cover when requiredA little bit about you:+ Previous experience working within a structured sales process.+ Enjoy constantly meeting new people and building rapport and connections+ Have strong communication skills and enjoy presenting ideas to others+ Have management experience and wish to build on this+ Have centre experience and sales experience+ Passionate about the automotive industry and wish to work for the largest manufacturer in the worldWhat we offer:+ Manufacturer training+ Bonus package+ 30 days holiday per year (inc.bank holidays).
