Job Description

We have multiple positions available within our prestigious manufacturing client in Barnstaple, EX31 1NP.Location: Barnstaple (Accessible by bus)Hours: Rotating Shift (Mon-Weds 14.00-00.00, Thurs 14.00-23.30) (Mon-Fri 06.00-14.00)Pay: £24,600 to £30,500 per annum based on experience + 25% Shift Your role as a CNC Machinist:

  • Performing detailed machine set ups
  • Machine troubleshooting
  • Setting and operating machines to optimum efficiency, ensuring regular checking ofmachine tooling and quality ensuring satisfaction of all quality standards and productivitystandards.
  • Through the use of SMED methodologies and team working activities improvechangeover processes with a view to reducing changeover times.
  • Cooperate fully with the companys Health, Safety and Environmental programmes toensure compliance at all times and that safe working practices are followed.
