Job Description

Position: Car Sales ExecutiveLocation: Barnsley, South YorkshireSalary: £22,000 Salary - £55,000 OTEC&B Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a reputable Dealership in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals- Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles to potential customers- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner- Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell vehicles- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall dealership goalsQualifications and Skills:- Previous experience in car sales is preferred but not essential- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and sales skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficient in using computer systems and technology- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindsetWe Offer:- Competitive salary with commission opportunities- Ongoing training and development opportunities- A supportive and inclusive work environment- Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the companyIf you have a passion for cars and a drive to succeed, then we want to hear from you!
