Job Description

Service Manager

  • Basic Salary- Up to £35,000.00
  • OTE- £50,000.00
  • Monday-Friday, Saturdays to meet business needs.
  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
Service Manager required for our Client’s Main Dealer based in the Barnsley area.Our Automotive Main Dealership Client is currently seeking a skilled Service Manager to manage their busy Main Dealer.For your hard work as a Service Manager for our Client you can expect a salary of £50,000 OTE with a basic of £35,000.The hours of work in this Service Manager position are Monday-Friday, Saturdays to meet business needs.Responsibilities as a Service Manager for our Client
  • A Customer Service orientated Service Manager who is able to coach the service team to deliver only the best Customer Service
  • Organised and the ability to think on your feet
  • Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team
  • Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success
Requirements of this Service Manager Role
  • Previous working experience within a Service Manager capacity
  • Outstanding Management skills
  • Technically minded
  • Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
