Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division are recruiting for a hands-on Production Supervisor with a working knowledge of PVC extrusion to join our client based in Barnsley including an all-expenses paid secondment to Burnley.RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:* Managing and supporting a team of machine operatives running busy PVC extrusion lines* Mixing PVC products* Coaching and mentoring * Recognising process improvements and implementing changes * Ensure health and safety procedures are in place and adhered to* Quality monitoring and developing best practicePRODUCTION SUPERVISOR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* Previous management/supervisory experience within PVC Extrusion* Ability to work across sites and flexible with working hours- days/shifts* Coaching, training, and development skills* A safety-first approachPlease get in touch with today with a copy of your latest CV.
