The Medical Records Clerk will be providing the following support to the Medical Records LibraryThe pulling and filing of case notes into and out of the Central Records LibrariesPreparing case notes for outpatient clinicsRetrieval and delivery of case notes to wards and clinical departmentsGeneral admin duties within Library ServicesGeneral maintenance and housekeeping of the LibrariesA degree of physical effort is required for this role - A lot of walking, the records can be heavy depending on size.Skills:Attention to detailKnowledge of GDPRGeneral Keyboard skillsBarnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is located on Gawber Road S75 2EP, it is easily accessible via both car and public transport.
