Elevation Recruitment Group and working with a leading engineering business in South Yorkshire to recruit a Senior Mechanical Design EngineerOur client is a widely recognised and established turnkey engineering business with a strong long-term order book. They are based just off the M1 with easy transport links across Yorkshire and surrounding regions.They specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke heavy equipment and moving structures.They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to deliver conceptual and detailed designs and supporting calculations/analysis for Mechanical Handling equipment.Reporting to the Mechanical Division Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of a range of design projects which will require detailed manufacturing drawings.As the Senior Design Engineer, you will work on complex engineering projects from concept to completion. These projects will overlap several engineering sectors, so the ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial.The successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
