Job Role: IT Technical ManagerLocation: Flexible, Work From HomeKey areas: Technical Manager, IT Manager, IT Infrastructure, Systems Integration, EDI, WMS, Logistics, Food Distribution, CRM, Salesforce, Team Management, Charity, Project ManagementSalary: £50,000 + benefitsChapman Tate Associates seeks a IT Technical Manager to join this established focused, technology driven organisation that are heavily involved in a number of charitable and humanitarian issues within the community.My client are at the forefront of the industry partnering with over 10,000 charities helping provide support around hunger and food wastage issues.My client is seeking a good all-rounder that has experience of overseeing IT Infrastructure based teams (ideally) within Logistics, Food Distribution, Retail or for an IT MSP (Managed Service Provider).You will be technically aware of solutions around CRMs (Salesforce would be great but not essential), Cloud based applications within a DR/Backup remit, Storage/SAN Solutions, Client/Server environments and Networking/UC services.My client is flexible on where the successful candidate is based but you must be prepared to travel on an ad-hoc basis to the various sites where the team you manage will be based.You will work alongside the Chief Technology Office to help oversee a team of IT System, Infrastructure and Testing Engineers as well as managing resource from the IT MSP.You will be accountable for all operational excellence and upkeep of service delivery across (but not limited to), ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), CRMs, Networks, Client/Server environments, DR/Backup solutions, Hosted Services, Telephony and otherassociated areas.Other areas of responsibilities will include:
