Senior Family Solicitor/FCILExSouth YorkshireQED Legal are working with a small regional Yorkshire practice who are looking for an experienced Family lawyer to join their respected and friendly team.This is a potential succession role as a long standing Partner is winding down and looking to retire later in the year.As such there is an existing caseload, and client base and the Partner has a wealth of contacts in the South Yorkshire area.The team will be you, the exiting Partner, and 2 other fee earners who deal with privately funded work.The work is all private funded family work including divorce, separation, injunctions, finances and private children work.The work is very much local and regional dealing with a wide range of candidates including some high net worth more complicated matters.This is a wonderful opportunity for a 7 year + qualified lawyer looking for a genuine road to Partnership, or someone at that level already, who wants a friendly practice with an incredibly low turnover of staff.There is hybrid working here with 2 days remote and 3 in the office + a competitive salary depending on experience and benefits.If you would like to hear more about this role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat
