Dietician Bank Band 6We are looking for Band 6 Community Dietititans to join our staff bank, on a flexible basis as determined by service need.South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYPFT) provides mental health, community and learning disability services to the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.Barnsley Community Nutrition and Dietetic Service, as part of the Barnsley Business Delivery Unit of SWYPFT provides a wide range of dietetic services for people of all ages across Barnsley community. These services are provided in a variety of settings including inpatient settings, outpatient clinics, care homes and peoples own homes.An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 6 Dietitians to join our staff bank to help provide a Dietetic Service in the community in Barnsley. Duties may include Community Care homes, domiciliary visits, GP clinics, Home Enteral Feeding and mental health.
