We are currently seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the schools team. This role presentsan exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal development of students, with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £90 to £100, based on the candidates experience.Responsibilities: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, your role will be instrumental in providing support to students both inside and outside the classroom. Key responsibilities include:

Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Individual Support: Work one-on-one with students, applying psychological principles to address academic challenges and promote personal development.
Behavioral Assistance: Assist in managing and implementing behavioral support strategies to create a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Collaboration: Work closely with the schools SENCO, teachers, and parents to support the unique needs of students.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.

Requirements:

A degree in Psychology or a related field is required.
Previous experience in a teaching assistant role, especially within a secondary school, is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and understanding towards the diverse needs of students.
