We are currently working in partnership with a specialist Civil Engineering company with locations across the UK. They are looking to strengthen their planning team with an experienced Project Coordinator for utility diversionary works.This position offers excellent long-term career growth potential.Salary to £38k | Stakeholder Pension | 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysKey Essentials:* The role will involve working as part of a planning team, managing diversionary works projects and all associated requests* You will be required to create procedures to drive performance and ensure delivery to specific deadlines* Managing surveying to ascertain the scope of works and identify any potential issues* Keeping track of site drawings, estimates and budgets* Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Operations Managers and Project Managers to create a program of works, ensuring works are progressing in line with the schedule* Ensuring operational teams have all the required drawings and health and safety documentation to carry out works* Managing tracking and reporting while keeping the client fully informed at every stage* Assisting with works invoicing and arranging for paymentRequirements:* Previous experience in a similar role within the utility industry* Comprehensive knowledge of NRSWA and CoP for Diversionary Works legislation and its application.* It is essential that you have excellent I.T and time management skills* Excellent communication skills, accurate and with an eye for detail#diversion #diversionaryworks # #NRSWA #telecom #power #gas #water #overhead #civils #underground #excavation #splice #joint #nrswa #streetworkBy applying for this position, you are agreeing for CVL:LDN to hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
