Job DescriptionA multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy is looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join their team. This is a home based role where sites will be located in North London and West London. The role itself will be primarily on New Build Resi. Youwill be completing inspections, health and safety checks and preparing reports on the sites for the Project Management team and the Employers Agents.ExperienceExperience wise, you should have several years practical construction experience, and have a solid understanding of the Clerk of Works role. You must be completely up to date on building regulations, have up to date technical knowledge, and be able to manageclient expectations. You will also be excellent at report writing.Ideally you will be a member of the institute of Clerk of Works (ICWCI), CIOB, CABE, RICS, IFE or working towards these where the support will be there to help you achieve this.You can be from a Site manager background, but you must have a clear commitment in joining the consultancy environment.You must have New Build Resi experience.SalarySalary up to £50k DOETravel expenses45p per mile, full public transport expenses paid.Full benefits package including Pension, Life assurance, 32 days holiday minimum and more.For an informal discussion about this role please contact Rory Thompson on / or email on
