Job Description

We have a Project Worker role based in Harrow, this is a temporary position until February 2021 (subject to extension), your main working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, paying £15 per hour. You must have previous experience with children and families and be a qualified clinician in either CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, counsellor or psychotherapist and registered with an appropriate governing body.Job Purpose:To provide advice, support and services to children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the service.Your key responsibilities will be the following: - To work with children, young people and their families, on a one to one or group basis, using a variety of interventions,- To be able to identify individual service user’s needs and to achieve positive outcomes.- To work in partnership with parents/carers to empower them and to enable them to achieve better outcomes for their children.- To work co-operatively with children’s services, health agencies and other community based services, to provide the most effective service for children young people and families.- To take responsibility for the more complex cases/situations presenting within the services.- To contribute to Service development.- To apply safeguarding and child protection procedures.- To promote, monitor and maintain health safety and security in the working environment.- You will be responsible for equipment/resources linked to service delivery and you will be responsible for case note recording, contributing to report writing and producing and keeping management information.Some of the benefits include:- Weekly Pay- Flexible Hours- Dedicated Consultant- Insurance and lifestyle packages- Pension Scheme and many, many more!If you think this is the position for you, then please apply today!
