The role can be put together on an individual and bespoke basis and can either be Employed or Self-Employed and could either be office based or home / field based, depending on individual circumstances.

Employed - Competitive basic salary, plus car allowance, with a potential guarantee, OTE circa £50,000 - £70,000+ uncapped - Initial Guarantee paid while you build your pipeline

Self Employed - Generous and lucrative commission package with current workforce earning from £60,000 - £90,000+ - Initial retainer paid while you build your pipeline
