Head of Voice & Influence (UK wide) About us: Barnardos has an ambitious ten year Corporate strategy which will result in better outcomes for the UKs most vulnerable children and young people. Were seeking an individual who is passionate and committed to empowering young people and helping them to make sure their voices are heard in a way that feels safe to them; in a way that helps them feel stronger and more able to recover when they face challenges in their lives. You will take on an active thought-leadership role, refreshing and further developing our voice and influence strategy, whilst at the same time listening and seeking to understand the needs of young people through active dialogue. This will foster an understanding which will enable you to represent the needs of young people and ensure that Barnardos becomes a leader in the application of best practice in voice and influence within the sector and beyond.About the role:This is an exciting new leadership role which will develop and deliver Barnardos approach to championing the voice and influence of children and young people and put them in the lead.
