Job Description

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator and Lister

  • This position is being offered as self-employed however, you will have a basic salary of £11,700 on an ongoing basis with an initial 3 month salary guarantee of £1,300 per month PLUS A PERSONAL COMMISSION STRUCTURE WHICH IS TRULY OUTSTANDING at 25% personal commission working in an office where average fees are currently £4,500 so for example if you did 4 sales per month your commission alone would be £4,500 per month so on target earnings are predicted at between £50,000 and £55,000 but are totally uncapped.
