Job Description

Job Title: Year 6 TeacherType: Full-TimeStart Date: January 2024Pay rate: £150-200 per dayWhat LTF Offer - Competitive salary, Supportive and collaborative work environment, professional growth opportunities, possible extension or permanent placement.We need a Year 6 Teacher January 2024. The school is good Ofsted rated and are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to join their team in January. Initially, you will be working alongside the class teacher until they leave for maternity, when the successfulcandidate will take over the class full time.Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents for student support.
  • Prepare students for national assessments.
  • Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Uphold school policies for a respectful environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Teaching experience, preferably with Year 6.
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessments.
  • Strong communication and motivation skills.
