Youll be a visionary creator, a mad-scientist and our guardian of flavourbecause youll be dreaming up delicious, exciting new flavour combinations that delight our customers, whilst improving their lives at the same time.THEN, the pice de rsistance, and the opportunity to flex your creative muscles - itll be your job to DESIGN the packaging, product pages and marketing to bring your creation to life! Well even unleash you onto our existing product packagingand marketing materials too, bonus!Youll be working closely with the CEO and will learn quickly as a result - This is why you dont need any experience researching and developing products, just an enthusiastic appetite to learn - youll also benefit from being one of the early team membersin a fast growing ecommerce company.>> Did we mention that this opportunity also comes with hybrid working options, generous holiday, flexibility with hours and exciting challenges throughout Well it does.Your PedigreeNaturally you should be fantastic at design, were talking Graphics, Vectors, UI, Video, 3D - the more of these you can do, the better.Youll have a portfolio of previous projects which hopefully includes some examples of packaging, food, drink and/or website UI design.Ideally youll have some kind of experience in situations where being organised, creative, agile and adaptable was key.You should be able to demonstrate situations and scenarios where youve needed to think on your feet to solve problems - bonus points if it was a high pressure situation.Any additional skills such as Buying Product for retail, Ecommerce, Project Management, Sales and/or Writing are desirable but by no means essential!Above all else, youll have a great, positive, problem-solving attitude with a hunger to learn and see things through to success!Are we talking to YOUIn short, we hope so!Were looking for a new partner here for the long term, there will be plenty of diverse work available for a long time to come and youll grow quickly over that time.. so if your spidey-senses are tingling right now...Hit that apply button, lets chat.
