Job Description

Business Development & FOH Lodge ManagerThis is a Leadership Role responsible for driving event sales and overseeing the effective operation of the front of house operations for a country sports and shooting operation. The Role will report to the General Manager.You will be primarily responsible for promotion and sales of events and shoots as well as effective leadership of our team that look after customers who visit us either for sporting activities, events or to use our caf facilities.Activities - Drive sales to meet the business plan as set out by the group.- Identify further sales opportunities and alternative channels to grow the business.- Manage the wellbeing and health & safety of team members and customers.- Review & maintain legal compliance.- Develop and maintain security, training, systems, and procedures.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.- Develop Food and drink pricing models that maintain our competitiveness.- Manage accounts and reporting.- Support and develop events in addition to the standard activities.- Control costs to maximise profitability.- Build and maintain intercompany relationships.- Responsible for all associated Sales & Support Systems and Infrastructure.- Promote the company brand and Image at all times.- Maintain our facilities to a high standard for our customers to enjoy.- Support the team with general day to day activities.- Any other tasks as directed by the General Manager.If you feel that you have the required skills and experience to be our Business Development & FOH Lodge Manager then in the first instance email your CV to Woodlands Recruitment Solutions or for further details contact Kieron Madden.
