Finance Administrator- Ballyclare- £21,000+ per annumReed Belfast is delighted to be working in Partnership with a successful company based in the Ballyclare Area.Our client is seeking to recruit a permanent member of staff to work within their Finance Function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties: Purchase Order Processing to include PO Generation and PO reconciliation with supplier invoices Booking maintenance and repairs for company vehicles MOT Bookings Flights/ hotel booking/ making travel arrangements for Company Directors Telephonist/ reception duties Query handling Processing of incoming/ outgoing mailDesirable Experience Criteria: Experience working within a similar role to include purchase ledger experience Experience in Sage Accounts or similar software package Competent with using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordIf you would like to be considered for this vacancy, then please apply via the link provided.
