We are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager who is creative and talented with a significant background in running and leading a Digital & Social marketing team.As Marketing Manager heres a bit about what youll be responsible for: - Management of a small social digital teamYou will have ownership for the marketing strategy and will lead on all marketing initiatives, across a variety of channels including digital, social media, to create digital strategic solutionsWorking closely with the wider stakeholders in the organisation to ensure the marketing strategy is driven through the operation in conjunction with business support functions You will have responsibility for internal communications and leading in house and external events. Managing relationships with external agencies, including designers, PR, exhibition providers and member associations. Monitoring, analysing and reporting on effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives. Qualities you must have: - Proven experience of working in a fast paced sizeable organisation (in-house)Commercially minded marketer Experience of managing a team Adept in relationship management with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Creative flair and vision to create & develop marketing strategies Knowledge and experience of digital marketing Ideally you will have experience in marketing within a fast paced organisation
