Job Description

Cordant people are urgently recruiting forCovid Marshallsbased in theBaglanarea on an RTS site. Immediate starts available! Paid weekly!Rate of Pay:£10.00phHours of work:Working 4 days on and 4 days off. 12 hour shifts will alternate between7.30am-7.30pm &8.30am-8.30pm.Contract:Long Term temporary ongoing contract: possibility to turn permanentRole responsibilities:-

  • Setting up test sights, laying out cones
  • Enable the testing process to be seamless, ensure that the test subjects experience is pleasant and managed in a professional way
  • Ensure test subjects are booked appropriately and directed to either the assisted test or self-administered routes
  • Direct vehicles into the appropriate areas to park safely to enable individuals to undertake the test to ensure that traffic congestion is reduced
  • Ensure that vehicles are parked appropriately
  • Ensure that social distancing is undertaken and adhered to
  • Be vigilant at all times when on site
  • Cleaning down tables, litter picking when needed to keep the site clear at all times
  • If working on the mobile testing units. On occasions, you may be required to carry out nasal and throat swabs- full training will be given to do this
Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to go above and beyond as and when needed
  • Being able to remain calm under pressure
