Job Description

AK Teaching are currently working in partnership with a Primary School in central North Tyneside who are looking to recruit a Primary Teacher capable of covering EYFS-KS2. The successful candidate will have a valid Teaching Qualification and QTS.The school, based in North Tyneside, is easily accessible by public transport and have a very friendly and welcoming team. You should be outgoing and confident, with some experience of working in schools or an educational setting. We will happily acceptapplications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers who are interested in registering for ongoing and fixed-term contracts.The role is full time 8:30am-3:30pm, commencing after autumn half-term.Role Responsibilities

  • Good to outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Work alongside colleagues to plan and prepare schoolwork in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Can imaginatively adapt and deliver the curriculum to our children
  • Has experience of teaching a range of abilities including SEN
  • Use knowledge and enthusiasm to engage with children.
  • Inspire children to enjoy learning, be confident in their abilities and take pride in their achievements from a young age.
  • Committed to developing a creative curriculum in line with guidelines to enthuse and motivate learners
  • Is confident covering PPA sessions.
  • Is passionate about creating a stimulating learning environment where children can grow and flourish
