Engineering & Manufacturing ManagerSalary:£45,000 - £55,000 per annumBenefits: pension, life assurance, private medical careMonday to Friday DaysLocation: Ashyford, Devon.We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join this company based in Ayshford, Devon. This is a very challenigng role with lots of changes to implement which is good for a manager who is looking for a challenge.You will be responsible for all aspects of the factory, looking after ppms and breakdowns, coaching and developing staff, recruitment, project work, delageting work, looking after contractors, KPIs, facility maintenance and much more. So there is a lot to sink your teeth into. Ideally you will have good H&S knowledge with NEEBOSH certfificate.Skills required for Maintenance Engineer:

Manufacturing background

Management experience

Strong management skills

Experience in coaching and developing staff

Experience in project work

Continuous improvement experience
